🏊 Pool and Beach.

• It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool to ensure its cleanliness and safety.

• If you wish to use the pool or visit the beach, please request towels at reception. We will provide you with towels exclusively for these areas.

• Important: Please do not use room towels in common areas such as the pool or beach.

🚭 No Smoking Policy.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.

• We have designated smoking areas in the outdoor spaces. We appreciate your understanding and respect for other guests.

 

🧹 Room Cleaning

• The cleaning service is performed daily.

• If you would like an additional service or prefer not to have your stay interrupted, please inform the front desk staff.

 

 

 

🗝️ Keys

• In case of loss of the key or if it is not handed in at check-out, a charge of Q150.00 will be applied, which will be added to your final bill.
