a) Individual Reservations - Low Season
(Months of May, June, September and October)
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's lodging.
b) Individual Reservations - High Season
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
🚫 No-Show (No-Show).

If the guest does not show up on the arrival day stipulated in the reservation, or decides to check out before the scheduled departure date, a charge equivalent to the total value of the contracted lodging will be applied.

In these cases, the hotel reserves the right to make the rooms available again from the following day.

⚠️ Force Majeure Situations

If due to force majeure causes (such as medical emergencies, extreme weather phenomena or other unforeseen circumstances) the guest cannot be present on the agreed date, he/she may contact the hotel to request a possible change of dates. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, according to availability, and do not imply a guarantee of modification.

To confirm any reservation, a minimum advance payment of 30% is required, which is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in, or as previously agreed.
