a) Individual Reservations - Low Season

(Months of May, June, September and October)

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's lodging.

b) Individual Reservations - High Season

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation.

🚫 No-Show (No-Show).

  • If the guest does not show up on the arrival day stipulated in the reservation, or decides to check out before the scheduled departure date, a charge equivalent to the total value of the contracted lodging will be applied.

  • In these cases, the hotel reserves the right to make the rooms available again from the following day.

⚠️ Force Majeure Situations

  • If due to force majeure causes (such as medical emergencies, extreme weather phenomena or other unforeseen circumstances) the guest cannot be present on the agreed date, he/she may contact the hotel to request a possible change of dates. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, according to availability, and do not imply a guarantee of modification.

💳 Advance Payment Policy.

  • To confirm any reservation, a minimum advance payment of 30% is required, which is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in, or as previously agreed.
